Your satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.

Your Cancellation and Return Rights

Orders of non-digital goods may be canceled within 24 hours of your purchase, without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date on which we shipped your purchase.

Please contact us using one of the following methods, so that we can begin the return process:

Your refund should process within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. We will issue the refund to the same payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The purchase was shipped within the last 14 days
  • The items are in the original packaging
  • The items are in the same condition as when they were received
  • The items are not damaged

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital patterns or downloadable content.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale and Clearance priced items.
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your purchase to us.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. To minimize loss, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.
