Order Cancellations
Orders for physical goods may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled but may be eligible for a return.
Returns & Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Items must be free of damage, odors, or signs of wear.
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day window
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital Patterns or downloadable content.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Sale, clearance, or “Final Sale” items.
- Items unsealed after delivery that are inelegible for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
Noby Designs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
How to return your item
- Contact us: Email [email protected] to notify us of your return. Please include your order number
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the items back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured mail service.
- Liability: We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. A refund will only be issues upon physical receipt of the item or valid proof of delivered return.
Refunds
Once we recieve and inspect your return, we will process your refund withing 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please not that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
